Description
Classical KING is seeking a Director of Digital Growth to lead how the organization uses data, digital platforms, and audience insights to understand listener behavior and grow sustained digital engagement over time.
This role operates across Classical KING’s digital ecosystem—including mobile apps, web-based listening experience, streaming platforms (StreamGuys), and digital marketing channels—to support audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The Director of Digital Growth sits within the Content and Engagement team and works closely with Programming, Partnerships, and Operations. The role partners with the Chief Engagement & Content Officer to align on strategy and priorities, and leads execution across external partners including developers, UX designers, streaming providers, and the organization’s digital marketing agency.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage digital audience growth metrics and KPIs
- Integrate data across platforms (streaming, app/web analytics, marketing) to develop insights on listener behavior
- Translate insights into recommendations across content distribution, platform improvements, and marketing strategy
- Lead execution across external partners, including managing timelines and implementation of digital initiatives
- Support ongoing testing and optimization across campaigns, content, and platform performance
- Oversee a Digital Content Producer and guide execution of visual digital content aligned with audience growth goals
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, audience development, product/platform operations, or a related field
- Experience working across digital platforms (apps, web, streaming, or digital media environments)
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Experience managing external partners or vendors
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
