Program Director Job Description
Classical Music Indy is Central Indiana’s premier syndicator of Peabody-award winning classical music radio programs, producer of 24/7 classical music streaming and award-winning podcasts, community programs provider, and advocate for classical music and classical music-makers. Founded in 1968, Classical Music Indy has provided free classical music to greater Indianapolis for over 52 years. Classical Music Indy’s Anytime Classical service reaches over 250,000 weekly listeners, airing in major markets in Indiana, as well as areas outside the state. In 2019, the organization began to reach an even wider potential audience with two on-line streams, which deliver more specialized classical music content.
